El Liceo Científico Dr. Miguel Canela Lázaro (Salcedo)
The Dr. Miguel Canela Lázaro Scientific High School is a free public educational center in the Dominican Republic aimed at students in the province of Hermanas Mirabal. He specializes in the development of the STEAM approach, which is based on the application of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (known by its acronym in English), as well as placing special emphasis on the mastery of the English and French languages.
DREAM (Cabarete)
The DREAM Project focuses on providing high-quality education and opportunities to children and youth in the Dominican Republic. Fellows support educational programs, literacy initiatives, and community development projects.
